1. Scope of the Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") defines the terms under which EcoTransfer grants you access to and use of our online booking platform, website, and digital interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the booking mechanisms on this Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with EcoTransfer. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
2. Digital Consent & Electronic Contracting
In accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code of the Czech Republic, and the EU Directive on Electronic Commerce (2000/31/EC), actions performed on this Platform constitute valid electronic intent.
When you click "Book Now", "Confirm Payment", or any equivalent electronic confirmation button, you provide an explicit electronic signature. This action acknowledges your intent to form a contract and be bound by the specific commercial conditions presented at the time of transaction.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The structural layout, textual content, graphical elements, brand assets, source codes, and proprietary software comprising this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of EcoTransfer and are protected by European Union copyright, trademark, and database protection legislation.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, scraping, distributing, reverse-engineering, or using any automated data collection tools to extract materials from this Platform without prior explicit written consent from our management.
4. Acceptable Platform Use & Restrictions
You agree to utilize this Platform strictly for legitimate personal or corporate transportation booking purposes. You are prohibited from:
- Submitting intentionally false, fraudulent, or speculative booking requests.
- Introducing malicious software, viruses, worms, or trojans that could disrupt the IT infrastructure of EcoTransfer or compromise user data safety.
- Using data harvesting methods or bots to track, monitor, or manipulate pricing structures.
- Falsifying identification headers or manipulating contact forms to obscure your true identity.
5. Platform Availability and Disclaimer
EcoTransfer continuously maintains the digital infrastructure to guarantee maximum uptime. However, the Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We shall not be held liable for temporary platform outages, technical maintenance interruptions, server connection drops, or transmission failures caused by third-party internet service providers. If a digital technical error prevents you from executing an urgent cancellation, you are required to contact our support desk immediately via telephone or direct email channels.
6. Consumer Rights & Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ADR)
EcoTransfer values customer satisfaction and aims to resolve all potential client disputes amicably via internal negotiations.
Pursuant to the Czech Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.) and EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, EU consumers possess the statutory right to initiate an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure if a direct claim is rejected by us.
The competent supervisory body for such out-of-court proceedings in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:

Additionally, consumers residing within the European Union can submit complaints directly through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Severability Clause
If any provision within this User Agreement is declared by a competent court or regulatory body to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under European Union or Czech legislation, such invalidity shall not affect the legitimacy of the remaining sections of this Agreement, which shall continue to operate with full legal effect.
8. Revisions to the Agreement
EcoTransfer reserves the statutory right to update the technical and legal parameters of this Agreement at any time. The date of the last modification will always be reflected in the top section of this document. Continued interaction with our digital booking services following the publication of changes signifies your automatic acceptance of the revised text.
